Tripel I Like Top-fermented beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle
At Beer I Like we like to do something new, but we also respect the classics. That's why, as the very first beer, we made an all-grain gluten-free triple. A mouthful - in terms of taste as well.

Golden yellow
Take our Tripel I Like for a picnic in the sun or open a bottle in company at a dinner party. That's what it's made for, thanks to its malty character and slightly bitter aftertaste. And for the experienced noses: it also has hints of passion fruit, lychee and fresh grass.
Fruity and slightly hopped
Tripel I Like is a top-fermented beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle, brewed according to the rules of the art. Our amber owes its refined character to the Belgian malt of Dingemans. We also spent a long time looking for the right aromatic hops: fruity & fresh. Clearly present but not overdone. It had to stay a triple.
Well poured
Tripel I Like is best drunk in our own glass or in a tulip-shaped wine glass. Pour the beer in one movement but gently for the perfect collar. Leave a base of about 1 cm in the bottle and serve your triple at a temperature of 6 to 8°C. A tip for those who like to get the details right: if your fridge is nice and cool (at about 4°C), take the bottles out of the fridge five minutes before serving.
Store your Tripel I Like in a dark room, at a temperature below 15°C. Most cellars are ideal for this. Keep the bottles upright so that the yeast settles cleanly at the bottom of the bottle.
