Gluten free
Gluten-free beer, isn't that like fries without ketchup? No, it's not. Not anymore. By now we know how to get the gluten out and keep the flavour in. All our beers are brewed with pure grain.
No gluten, but definitely beer
No pubs without beer and no beer without gluten. Well, until recently anyway.
The solution: gluten in bits
We don't filter the gluten, but we switch it off. We do this by cutting up the amino acids that combine to form a gluten protein into harmless peptides. In other words: we cut the harmless particles into small pieces. What remains after removes these small pieces is not a weak beer but a tripel full of flavour.
Beer I Like: nothing but grain
Every beer we brew starts with grain. We don't use pre-treated cereal extracts, no buckwheat, no other substitutes - pure barley or wheat. We brew according to the classic method.
Beer with a dash of science
You can rely on your own taste buds to make sure it tastes good and you can rely on the laboratory to make sure you don't suffer the effects of gluten. Out of every batch we brew, some bottles go to an independent lab for nutritional analysis.
