Return policy

If the consumer makes use of their right of withdrawal, they shall report this to the trader within the cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt of the products by means of the model withdrawal form or in any other unequivocal manner.

As soon as possible, but within 14 days after receipt of the goods, the consumer sends the product back, or hand it over to (an authorised representative of) the trader. The consumer has in any case observed the return period if they return the product before the cooling-off period has expired. Only unopened products are eligible.
The consumer returns the product with all delivered accessories, in original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur. The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the consumer. The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product.
