Status of your order
We'll be happy to keep you informed about the status of your order. We do this by means of the following e-mail messages:
As soon as your order has been completed, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive an e-mail from us with all the information you need to track the package outside our warehouse. The e-mail contains the track & trace info of the delivery service for your order. Through the delivery service's website, you can use this info to track the package to the delivery address.
Contents damaged
Is part of the delivery damaged? We're sorry about this unusual occurrence. We do everything we can to get our deliveries to you in one piece.
No need to worry though! Send us a picture of the damaged delivery together with the order number and the products that are broken on webshop@beerilike.be. As soon as our customer service department has dealt with your report, they'll look for a suitable solution for you.
Package not received
You're expecting a package, but it hasn't been delivered? It's annoying, but don't worry. First check the points below and if necessary, contact our customer service afterwards.
- Check the track & trace code of the package
You can find the track & trace info in the shipping confirmation that was sent to you by e-mail. Use this info on the track & trace page of the shipping company to check the status of the shipment. - Check the delivery address
Is the delivery address you entered correct? - Check your mailbox
Did you receive a not-at-home message? It is possible that your package has been delivered to the neighbours or the courier has planned a new delivery time. - None of the above applies
